This is great non-news.  We trade a player for nothing and we almost get a pitcher for a minor leaguer except that we offer a health risk for a pitcher with two working arms. This is not a good Twins day.

If they are making space to promote Gonsalves or Romero, better to get money for him and to just let him go for nothing.  I don't see the negativity.

Depends.  Not that much on a minor league trade.  He was not on the 40-man

[Rosterman]

Tepesch was rehabbing in Ft. Myers and was probably due a place on the AAA roster, which is currently full.

 

But, yes, the Twins seem to love cash!
