New name posted on BA's Twins signed list today. Nomar Urdaneta, ss, Venezuela. Not much on him. He's part of KPL Baseball Academy in Valencia, Venezuela. Had tryouts with the Dbacks and Dodgers.

I also feel the Twins should actively market some mid level unneeded prospects to some of the orgainizations under penalty for their bonus pool money and use it to improve the depth and upside of the farm system.

Every team already has their own mid-level unneeded prospects, why would they pay to get more?

Twins will also get #34 on that list in a couple of days, will end up with #13, #30, #34. Don't think any of the other unsigned are linked to the Twins, but I am curious what the payoff of the money acquired from the Nats will be.

Acording to BA team tracker the Twins also signed an OF "Luis Baez, of, Dominican Republic, $300,000." With them expected to sign Carlos Aguiar and Mauro Bonifacio in Aug. It sounds like they have their Outfield set.

We signed Carlos Aguiar. Mauro Bonifacio will be signing elsewhere. Both were receiving late interest from other teams
