This seems encouraging to me.  I like his philosophy.

The Twins may have actually bought low with this guy if Cleveland goes on to win the Series. Already liking the results of his labors.

I don't think the plan is much different from organization to organization. The quality of the judgements made is what sets them apart.  Kluber and Salazar were not highly thought of prospects. Carasco was dropping out of the top 50. The results are evident.
