Squirrel Community Moderator Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 Hopefully Kitty is going to a Cubs household!Lol ... I never asked, but in NW Indiana, more likely a Sox fan than anything, probably.
Platoon Verified Member Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 Yep, he sat on my lap for the next hour, purring away. Maybe you could help the Twins find a nice home for Plouffe? wsnydes 1

Guest Guests Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 And a bloop double to VMartIf they hire a POBO and GM from outside the organization, I hope one of the first questions the new management asks Molitor is, "Why do you put your LOOGY in against the best home run hitters when he gets crushed so regularly?"
drock2190 Verified Member Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 2 walks and the Grossman hits the first pitch only to hit a weak little bouncer for the last out. Classic. twinsnorth49 1
twinsnorth49 Old-Timey Member Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 I know I'd be first pitch swinging after the 2 batters in front of me just walked....

Platoon Verified Member Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 And as all thing in TwinsWorld, Grossman goes away from his strength, working the count, and it surprisingly doesn't work. twinsnorth49 1
Guest Guests Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 I know I'd be first pitch swinging after the 2 batters in front of me just walked....Just remember: the only reason Grossman and Schafer are on the team is that Carlos Quentin didn't want the job, Ryan Sweeney was released because TR didn't think it was fair to him to have to go to AAA after getting a bunch of PAs during spring training, David Murphy decided to retire, and the Twins decided not to promote Granite or other minor league players who are probably better and definitely more deserving. Oh yeah, and because TR had one of the goofiest ideas in Twins history, to make Sano into a right fielder, instead of addressing outfield needs in a realistic way during the winter. Grossman and Schafer are like Plans H and I, not Plan B.
