You should go there, they completely blocked off the upper decks to give a cozier, more people attending feeling. But, it hasn't worked.

On a side note, I was in Cleveland's Progressive field couple weeks ago and they did the exact same thing.

I've been to the Trop a handful of times.  It's a complete dump, worse than the Metrodome.  Horrible atmosphere to watch a game in.  I legitimately feel bad for the players, particularly Rays players that have to deal with it every home game.
