It's kind of ridiculous they're trying it at all. Sano's OPS for the past 14 days is around 1.000.

why?  And do you think they preferred to face Sano or was there a possible strategy behind that thinking?  With no outs or two out, maybe they don't do that.

 

It's a pick your poison situation really, because Mauer has been hitting well all year.
