Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Relationship advice from the TD forum... It's like jumping into a shark tank with swim trunks made out of beef Wellington...So this is what happens on game threads of teams that go 0-7...
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Guys, I could use some advice. I've had a crush on a co-worker for as long as she's worked at the same company I do. I've learned so far to not dip into the company ink... She's quitting soon for a new opportunity and just broke up with her boyfriend. Is it free game to ask her out before she moves on to another company? You should definitely ask her out now. Get the rejection out of the way early.
David HK Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 About 15 years ago, John Gordon called my name for the Snapper Mo'em Down Inning. Radke gave up a single to Pudge and then mowed 'em down. No lawn mower for me, but a DQ frozen cake.Do you still have it?
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Have we lost yet? Don't think of it as feeling like the Twins are doomed. Think of it as having a supernatural ability to see into the future!
SwainZag Community Moderator Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Clayton Hugheshaw out there! What a way to get out of a jam! If that doesn't motivate a dead offense, I don't know what will.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Wow what a fantastic job by Hughes to get out of that. Bloody shame if the offense can't wake up after that job.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 So this is what happens on game threads of teams that go 0-7...This would be happening in game 7 of the World Series.
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I could if someone lets me know how to do it when posting on a phone. You might want to talk to Favre before you try to woo someone by posting pics through your phone.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 If you like a woman, you should always ask. Otherwise, you still regret the what if. Fear is stupid. The worst that can happen, she says no.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I apologize for continuing my complaints, but it's getting ridiculous. Escobar needs to bat before or after Mauer. Preferably both.

sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I know. But I figured some of you found a partner in crime and not just living in mom's basement!I wouldn't be susprised if Partners in Crime were in my mom's basement. My parents liked Agatha Christie... But yeah, go. Have more courage than the likes of me. But remember failure should not lead to dispair... The future is now.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 BUNT buxton. Hey Audra, I remember my first time, too.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Darn, that's a great play by Avila.
SwainZag Community Moderator Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I'm amazed by Buxton's speed every. single. time. God damn he can fly.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 No. No, that's not the worst that can happen.Hahahaha
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Jeeze Dick, I know we don't hit many pitches very well, but curb your enthusiasm for a fly to medium center.

ashbury Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Dozier flies out. I always remember my first Bremergasm of the year. / scooped by Chief - I took too long
SwainZag Community Moderator Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 SIGH. This team is so not rispy.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Takes a meatball for a strike and rolls over meekly to first. And the scoring chance disappears.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Dear Mollie: Sac bunts are stupid. regards Chief
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Dear TD:Hawk is the same as ever but he doesn't annoy me anymore. What is wrong with me?
DiscGolfer Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 seems like Doz should've been able to make that play
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Hughes has that "I have to be perfect" look now. Doesn't bode well.
