Crucial road trip

I thought the road trip two weeks ago was big this one is bigger! All three series are important but the series with Houston is crucial. I think the Twins need to win six of nine to remain a real threat to win the wildcard. I still believe they have a chance to catch Houston especially because the Astros play Texas seven more times.

At this point of the season, putting arbitrary numbers on "wins needed" is kind of a pointless endeavor. They need to find a way to gain 1.5 games on the Rangers (without the Angels catching up). Hopefully the Angels hold on tonight which sort of creates "no harm no foul" from tonight's debacle against the Astros.

 

Every game is important from here on out. They need to find a way to pass or tie the Rangers. That is the only goal as of now.
