I think it might have been Tom Kelly who said," Every team is going to win 60 games and lose 60 games. Its the 40 games that are in between that make the difference." Tonight was one of those 40 games.

The Twins should have had this one, but there are no teams in MLB that we cannot say the same for. It's the nature of the beast. Would have, should have, could have - it didn't turn out the way we wanted.

 

The boyz will brush off their jerseys tonight and take another turn in game number 2.

They spotted us 4 in the 1st and then we gave them 8 innings to catch up.  May made the mistake to Donaldson and he took advantage.  Hats off to Buerhle, he really composed him and cruised like he has against the Twins in so many games.  Tomorrow is a new game, go gettum boys.

The guys we have who are, are hammered by their management for the things they can not do. Three are in AAA right now. Maybe that's justified in each case.
