Great article about the Winston civil case.  The lawyers have decided to be a bit argumentative. Remember, us lawyers have 3 extra years of schooling to be this professional.

Now Winston's lawyer has tweeted the accusers name.  While probably legal, things like that are usually not done, even in a civil case. The argument is that it makes victims of rape less likely to come forward, either out of fear or shame, if they know the other side will publicize them.
