Depending on how much they sell off, 75 is still realistic. The schedule is easier in the 2nd half. And hopefully Corriea/Pelphrey/Deduno/Pino starts will be replaced with May/Johnson/Meyer starts, etc.

Another note from the Royals broadcast - sideline guy Joel Goldberg said he talked to a guy who talked to a guy who was told John Farrell was going to get Mauer on the All Star team so that MN fans could have both MN boys on the all star team (the other being Perkins).

Another note from the Royals broadcast - sideline guy Joel Goldberg said he talked to a guy who talked to a guy who was told John Farrell was going to get Mauer on the All Star team so that MN fans could have both MN boys on the all star team (the other being Perkins).

 

How's he going to do that? It's going to have to be a rash of injury and misfortune akin to Mr. Burns' company softball team.
