sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 As much as I have enjoyed the culinary discussion - good to see a hit and some RBIs break up the off-topic conversation a little. Zuk! Yeah, i was paying attention to the game. I still haven't found the fine line between commenting on the action and jinxing... I feel the answer probably has something to do with the 5th amendment.
ashbury Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 That's ridiculous, I'd board you without hesitation. aHEM.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 I'll switch to the Wild. That will stay on topic.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted May 10, 2014 Author Posted May 10, 2014 Ok, you have to stop. It's really a thing. Google 'Canadian beaver tail pastries'
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Its about time... This game was going to take awhile if nobody scored. This is the kind of top-notch game analysis that really makes this board stand out.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Legal Lesson of the Day: If you drink a 12-pack and are too drunk to drive a car to the store for another .... You are also too drunk to drive a lawn mower to the store for another if you have to drive on public streets. Yeah but... If the streets go un-mowed... The town will get unsightly.
Reider Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 I rarely eat fries, but poutine is good. The problem is that it's difficult to find a really good poutine where I live. Mind you I mostly eat at home, so it could be due to lack of effort on my part. The last time I had a good poutine, it was on a beach in Panama a couple of years ago. Someone from Quebec (Montreal?) owns a beach bar / restaurant (I don't recall the name off the top of my head) and it was pretty good.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted May 10, 2014 Author Posted May 10, 2014 I'll switch to the Wild. That will stay on topic.Ooou has the Hawks-Wild game started yet?

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Here's my legal lesson of the day. If you steal something... Selling it back to the person you stole it from is risky.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Yeah but... If the streets go un-mowed... The town will get unsightly. Unsightly town vs. DUI Hmmm.... tough choice But the Einstein who thought he could do this in Sioux City will have an expensive lesson.
ashbury Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Actually, if you add tomatoes, reduced it for a while and pureed it. It would be ketchup. You forgot to mention the high fructose corn syrup.
ashbury Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 If you have steak and fries, is it okay to use A-1 on the steak and ketchup on the fries? Has anybody tried A-1 on fries??? Hmmmm..... may have do some research myself. Everything people put on steak I love on fries.
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Hughes ERA < 4. And I love beaver tails. And Scotch eggs.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Unsightly town vs. DUI Hmmm.... tough choice But the Einstein who thought he could do this in Sioux City will have an expensive lesson. DUI's are never good... Too much at risk. That's the problem with alcohol... Judgement goes out the window. Every time I've been naked in public... Alcohol was involved.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Some of the Twins starting pitchers finally starting to come into their own.... Now if the offense can find a road map on a regular basis, they could be interesting to watch for awhile.
ashbury Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Love the reference Come for the references, stay for the implications of wrongdoing. / baseless, I meant to say, baseless implications

Reider Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Here's my legal lesson of the day. If you steal something... Selling it back to the person you stole it from is risky. And if it's prized lingerie that you stole, it could also be risque.

ashbury Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 ChiTown took her double entendre pills before she left for the airport. She should take another dose. I want to see a quadruple.
