  1. On Fubo something called Ion. Just wrapping up, good game
  2. Caitlyn Clark has incredible court vision and does not get sped up. I like watching this playmaking style of basketball.
  3. Might want to consult your dentist on that one.
  4. Or a Red Bull vodka if you find yourself at a dive bar.
  5. I've been high on Keashall from the get go. The comparisons to Schobel drove me nuts. As I've posted many times 5'9" 170 vs 6'0" 200 and 200 plus now. Keashall is ripped and ready in my opinion. Some of his defensive problems and DHing early on this season were due to a sore elbow. This guy will have no problem finding a defensive home, but where is yet to be determined. He had his first underwhelming week in AA last week, but then this week he is back to terrorizing AA pitchers. MOVE HIM UP THE LIST!!!!! LOL
  6. This is pretty much where I am. Span has already improved a little. I think he's worked less than 10 games in his career so far. Smalley does have better hair than me, lol, but his takes are almost Bertian (a word describing something that is like Bert Blyleven). The delivery is excruciating. Morneau was always tough for me, but in small doses I do think he is better with Cory. I've always liked LaTroy as a player, as a dignified role model and on color he doesn't talk to much. I really enjoy three in the booth. Shout out to Audra, likeable, 😀 she's just got good energy.
  7. I voted the top choice that Rocco is an asset. I think he is, this clubhouse is tight. Carlos and company have much to do with that as well. There are decisions that drive me crazy, but sometimes they then win. I'm not the type to question every decision in hindsight, but many are. That is what is noticable about this vote so far. A surprising few have voted Rocco down. That only means, those that have a problem with Rocco may be a minority, but surely they are audible, lol. And metronomic, he he. What it comes down to for me is the record and ultimately the responsibility for that is Falvey's. I'm enjoying this decade of Twins baseball much more than the last so they have my approval. I want them to keep building from here.
  8. I think it was Tom F who tipped me off on this. The Twins have seemed remarkably streaky, but have been very consistent month by month.
  9. I think all Rocco meant that Buxton has to start decelerating earlier than other players because he is moving so fast.
  10. Nice to see Keaschall bust out again after a slow week last week. Doncon is looking more and more like a shrewd move as a tack on for taking Margot off the Dodgers hands. It was fun to watch Miller in the field, but Doncon's looking like he's got some real upside.
  11. I also would not play Lee at 2nd right now. The kid gloves are in disuse right now what with Lewis on the IL again. How's about we use them with Lee.
  12. My single biggest complaint with Rocco by a large margin is his early pinch hitting of left handed batters leaving the likes of Margot to face rightys in the late innings. As is stated above this appears to be an organizational philosophy. It is a bad one. This is @Riverbrian's baby and as usual @chpettit19, among others, adds some excellent commentary. Overall great conversation. We should storm the clubhouse.
  13. I agree with this 100%. Royce still has to prove he can stay healthy. He has to do it.
  14. You make a good point, but it did take a while for Wallner to get going. He apparently needed a long series against the worst pitching staff in the International League to jump start his confidence. That series was in June.
  15. Kirilloff's Dad runs a hitting academy while Lee's Dad is a long standing coach of a good college baseball program. Maybe that has something to do with why while Kirilloff's swing is beautiful, he is not the fielder that Lee is. Neither of Lee or Lewis need to be utility players, but positional flexibility isn't out of the question. In the last 3 years Buxton has played 246 games while Lewis has played in 94. Royce Lewis is making Byron look like an iron man. Lewis has been significantly injured twice this year simply by running untouched. He did have to navigate second base the first time, the second he was running in a straight line. When considering a valuable piece like Lee, I don't think it is prudent at this time to include Lewis in those considerations. The Twins have handled Lewis with kid gloves and it has gotten them to this place. When Royce is available, put him where it fits the team the best and forget the rest of it. I think it is time for those that think his injury future has something to do with where he plays in the field to forget that line of thinking. Royce must prove he can help the team on a consistent basis.
  16. Rainbow over Superior right now, good omen
