LOL....you guys. http://cdn1.alloy.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Emma-Stone-Freaking-Out.gif Good Lord. I mean...do REALLY think Escobar on an expiring contract is worth 1 top ten prospect? C'mon.

Our boy Larnach just went deep in the first inning against the Gophers.

Willie Joe Garry Jr.,Pascagoula HS CF L/L HS SR Seems a bit young to me...must have great advance metrics. I'm sure he'll fill out a bit. Nice video of him hitting a dinger: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSB1Ci-Ajc0

Chris Williams C Clemson Another power hitting catcher Dig it.

given how last years draft turned out i'll trust the FO on this. Quite a few people around here hated the Lewis pick and that turned out great.

Leach or Littell would work too.

I'd rather see Enns or Enlow.

    I think he's been great.

It's a complete waste of time to compare the two regimes.

Pretty much this. Like I said...this happened in a mall. I have no doubt all or some of this is on a security camera. Seems pretty easy to find out what happened.

All kidding aside from the earlier post...I think all women should be believed until proven otherwise. Sounds like this all happened in a very public place. Surely there is security camera footage available that would corroborate the allegation. It happened at a mall and of course malls have security camera's everywhere. Seems to me if its on tape it should be referred to the police.

Who says Rodney is even going to close games. He very well may not be the closer. Given the configuration of the bullpen, i'll take Rodney as he adds some depth.

If he doesn't outright earn a spot out of spring training he'll get returned. Assuming they sign and/or trade for a couple of front end starters there is zero chance they try and 'stash" him on the roster.
  14. Obsvr
Doubtful. Given his age, if he doesn't outright make the team out of spring training they'll return him. From their official statement the hope is he comes in and competes for a job. If he doesn't then there is no reason to keep him around.

I like to think that this is his stock reply for anybody in the FO who disagrees with him.

"Crack open the champagne, get out the goggles. Full-on celly. Go nut." YES! Hookers and Blow are the obvious choice. Although...maybe not in Cleveland. Yikes.

15 pages about a fired Class A manager? GOOD GRIEF.
  20. Obsvr
MLB Network had a great profile on his pitch framing. Was interesting to see how subtle it is. That sai, he does leave a lot to be desired. The passed balls are getting irritating.

I noticed tonight that this was the third game in a row Rooker hasnt played. He dead?

The calls to trade Santana (and Dozier for that matter) are ridiculous. This team needs to add, not subtract. Santana, assuming they go out and buy another starter this off season, is a great number 3 starter. Dozier is another issue and off topic, but with the success this team has demonstrated this year, there isn't really any point to trading him either.
  23. Obsvr
    NOW he's broken.
  24. Obsvr
I'm shocked that after this weekend half the people on this site aren't screaming "TRADE HIM".
