I’m going to use this post to remind everyone that if you don’t like the topic or want to change it to what you want, post in another thread. If you want a thread that says ‘Reasons for pessimism’, start one. Don’t rain on someone’s parade because you don’t like the topic or have nothing to be optimistic about. Thanks.

Um ... watching baseball while drinking scotch ... oh wait, no ... that's you ... For me, good or bad, it's always been about the game, and it's unexpected moments. While I may not see that every game, I see it often enough to keep me coming back. Also ... the minor leagues and what's happening there. With the infusion of new players, I'm anxious to see what they do. While I would like to see a few more call ups to try out a few people and see what they have at the majors, it's unrealistic to think that we are all of a sudden going to start fielding a team of prospects, so ... it's more reason to pay attention to the minor leagues

You can either describe the problem here or send a PM to @Brock Beauchamp. Either way, technical problems are Brock's area.

I'm not sure. More confident than under Ryan, which doesn't say much, but not sure Falvey/Levine are the answer either. I think there definitely needs to be some changes on the development side or we'll get more of the same. Maybe one more off-season will have me landing definitively on my opinion of where we are and can we 'right the ship' next year.

Well ... Syndegaard is coming off Tommy John surgery ... sort of ... just sayin' that it's possible if TJ recoverers are our target!

I do. Nickels and dimes as well. Pickens' have really dried up in the COVID season though. Even gas stations and drive thru lanes are bare!
