    Oh. Well, I don't want to be a trainer, nor do I work there, and I don't know that show. but I spent an hour with one and he put me through a few paces. I followed that up with two hours of cardio tennis. The first hour of that was pretty hard cardio. The second hour was more play. Still, my feet hurt.

    I need to walk around Draft Town again tomorrow and take some updated photos. It's really quite amazing how that is being built.

    3 hrs at the gym today and my feet hurt. I don't know how these athletes do it. But I guess it helps when they are a bit younger than me.
