I don't know the specifics, but that is usually used when there is a family issue ... birth, death, other?

IN Cleveland ... he did say that ... in Cleveland ... they last swept them in a 4-game series at the Metrodome, but never in Cleveland, I think? That part I can't remember - too old, don't care

  7. Squirrel
yeah ... I heard that one earlier, at the beginning of the game, where he said 4 games in a row, a 4-game series

Okay ... I will comment on this one ... heated suites? Minnesotans need heated suites this time of year? Minnesotans run around in shorts when it's 40 degrees F out, doubtful heated suites are a necessity this time of year

He's probably thinking, 'Ahhh, home sweet home!'

I actually think moving Polanco to 2nd base came a couple years too late. He wasn't moved because of Simmons, he was moved because it's where he needed to go, imo. And then we needed a SS. We still need a SS.

He will not be on the team next year. He will be off the roster when the season is over. My prediction. 35-36 yrs old ... it's his last hurrah ... And lol @ Arraez on that play
  17. Squirrel
Given our need, we are likely going to sign one 'reclamation project' ... but I really hope no more than that. And a few rookies are gonna have to step up, too. But I'm also hoping for a LEGIT starter ...
  18. Squirrel
yeah ... we literally had a discussion thread about that recently The FO has their work cut out for them
  19. Squirrel
omg!!! Donaldson!! That's why he's there!
  20. Squirrel
You could listen to a different feed ... no? If you have the MLB package, you do have options. I often tune into other feeds just to hear different voices
  21. Squirrel

  22. Squirrel
I know ... I've watched so many times ... for the 'Jeffers look' and the 'Straw look' ... lol ... cracks me up
  23. Squirrel
You missed my comment in last night's game thread then ... and I was promptly chastised that I had now jinxed things. I did a counter curse ... let's hope it works. So ... best not to mention it, or you will also be promptly chastised, rightfully so
  24. Squirrel
