    We are doing interviews for next year's Primary 1 class. Spending my whole day with 5 year olds, instead of you guys... Whoa- what happened whilst I was away? We scored RUNS?!? Crap, and it looks like we already burned Tonkin and Blewett. Is anybody still left down there in the pen?

    I am so so glad these day games happen in the middle of the night for me. Keeps my pillow dry from all the GD tears I'd have shed.

    Yes, the hitters SUCKED, especially Santana. But still, we had a chance to win. That part is all on Rocco, and his bone-headed gassing of both Duran and Jax the night before. 4 run lead, bottom of the order in the 8th- THAT'S when you throw guys like Ronny and Tonkin. NOT asking your closer for 2 innings, getting him in hot water, then having to bail him out with the guy who already admitted to the press the day before that the BP was "running on fumes." Cripe, we may not have needed Duran at all last night. He made it through that 9th, thank God, but on a night when we might have needed an extra inning out of him, no chance. If we had had Jax for the 10th tonight, game over, crappy hitting nothwithstanding. Thanks, Rocco. I am so sick of this guy.

    Let's see, did I forget to thank Rocco for starting Duran against the bottom of the order in the 8th with a 4-run lead, then having to bring in Grif in the 9th, thereby blowing our 2 best relievers for today? 🤔 Oh, yeh, I did that yesterday. Just reminded myself, that's all.

    Exactly. As soon as he came out for the 8th, I thought, great, gonna burn 30-35 pitches here, and gas him for tomorrow and maybe the next day, too. Molly used to drive me bananas with a ton of quizzical lineups and wtf game moves, now Rocco has taken over that mantle. The new guy? He can't go more than one BATTER, which is why we got him? Wallner can't hit a lefty any better than 0-29 Margot? JfC, this guy... We scraped by that one by the skin of our teeth, in spite of the manager.
