  1. It couldn't possibly be the title change and raise in salary?
  2. Thanks Kwesi! Both big DT signings in FA last year are released 1 year later. Plus Ryan Kelly as well... Which, why hasn't he retired yet? He can't seriously be considering playing again after sustaining 3 concussions last season in limited time?
  3. Cory Provus for some reason is calling the Gophers vs. Indiana basketball game right now
  4. The problem with SSS is looking like a fool after the fact... But I will still say it... Luke Keaschall isn't exactly lighting it up this spring.
  5. If Bailey Ober can't rebound to his 2023-2024 form, our rotation might be reduced to Joe Ryan and pray for rain.
  6. So I can bet on the under for Lions wins this season? The world is healing… The NFC North makes sense when the Lions are bottom feeders.
  7. I’m not saying Murray is absolved of all blame, but who was their OC calling plays? Was he limited by a bland play caller? I know they had a heck of a time trying to get Marvin Harrison Jr going this year… Beyond that I pay so little attention to Cardinals football.
  8. Wins is what KOC needs to keep his job. If Murray signs here to be QB 1 he has no more excuses. He’s gotta win a playoff game or else this org is on pace for a major rebuild. New GM, new HC, likely trading away Jefferson, etc.
  9. Murray certainly has flaws, otherwise he wouldn't be cut outright. He's a clear upgrade at QB over McCarthy, and for likely the veteran league minimum price. I also put the Cardinals just slightly ahead of the Jets as far as competent organizations go, so I'm not reading too much into Murray's history with the team.
  10. Thanks, Kwesi! I know we were limited on picks last year, but it was criminal watching all of the RBs flying off the board in the mid rounds.
  11. HUGE loss for the Bears. Wow
  12. Adam Schefter reporting that the Vikings are open to trading Jonathan Greenard. He should have multiple teams interested in him, so maybe we can squeeze out a 2027 1st for him? Any picks in return for him I'd prefer to be in the 2027 draft.
  13. Pretty much on par with a blueprint I would put together. The QB acquisition I think will be either Murray or Geno Smith at near league minimum... I am intrigued with Jake Rodriguez learning AVG's role so we can have a solution there for 2027 and beyond. It sounds like we will be trying to bring back Hockenson on a reduced contract... For him, it's not really about the money. I just think he looks cooked on the field now and would rather move on like you did in your blueprint.
  14. I'm certainly not concerned about a partially torn meniscus for Downs. I had the same injury diagnosis last winter... March 2025 slipping on ice on an uphill slope, Fully healed in 2-3 weeks with no surgery required.
  15. Can't say I have either and you've looked into it more than I have. Kudos to that person who leaked it because degenerative (insert muscle/ligament here) issue sounds pretty bad. I remember LB Myles Jack who had some degenerative knee issue discovered in the draft process and dropped from a top 10 pick in the draft to the 2nd round and out of the league in 5-6 years.
  16. Right. I know why he's looked at as a lock in this bullpen... Familiar name after the fire sale. IMO he's no different than the waiver wire pickups we've made in recent weeks. If those guys look better, then he should be on his way out. His tenure in MN was missing in action until the bitter end of 2024 then acceptable middle inning guy in 2025.
  17. If true, this could push Downs to 18 where we pick... If true, big yikes.
  18. I’ve seen enough. He needs to be drafted by us
  19. Introducing, the next QB the media will hype up as a 1st round QB to pass the time before draft day.
  20. I will say about Bradley… Him opting out of the WBC is the smartest thing he’s done in his brief time here. He needs all the time he can get in front of our coaches to save his MLB career.
  21. Really comforting that pitching is the strength of this organization 🙄
  22. Also, I need to remind myself he's on the small side like Irv Smith Jr was... I've been fooled by this type of profile before at TE. Edit: Just for fun, I searched for Irv Smith Jr on this gold Twitter account:
  23. The faster Tough Talking Tom realizes this, the better. We already blew it selling high on Pablo Lopez. If we miss the opportunity with Joe Ryan it will set this organization back years.
  24. Hard to ignore Sadiq
