  1. Those pretty good rosters got us in the same exact spot we were in with Spielman when he got fired. Full of expensive veterans, and now we got to dig ourselves out of $50 million over the cap. Again, I was hoping the unorthodox hire would inspire some money ball type of decisions. Kwesi just couldn't figure out the draft, which is the literal lifeblood of any successful organization. He relied way too much on free agency to dig himself out of the massive hole he made by whiffing on a majority of the young talent over 4 years.
  2. It's his draft history as a whole, not just the McCarthy decision. Which was completely wrong as it is. We've shown you these stats over and over again. Kwesi's drafts have been terrible.
  3. When you let a guy like that walk out of the building for nothing in return, that’s pretty damning. No offense, but I’ll never understand why you liked him. I was good with trying an unorthodox hire, but it was crystal clear he was terrible at the draft.
  4. All of this talk about “collaboration” from Kwesi and KOC. Whelp, when push comes to shove you need a real leader when adversity hits.
  5. The Wild and Wolves GMs better keep their head on a swivel today
  6. Now ol' Tommy boy can offer up an Executive position with the Twins along with the eroding commercial real estate. What a deal!
  7. For years we talked about the pitching pipeline he was going to build. And this year when the cards were cleared to actually move ahead with the pitching pipeline, Falvey won't be here to see it through.
  8. This screams to me a fundamental difference on the business side of the organization. I'm guessing they are getting killed on ticket sales, and more importantly suite/advertising sales from companies around the area. Zoll remaining as the baseball guy also screams same old same old. Unless he decides to grow a spine and take advantage of this opportunity.
  9. First thought... The business side (namely ticket sales) must be at an all time low. Since he was responsible for the business side, which he never should have been in the first place, he got a lot of heat. On top of that, there's been a clear lack of interest in changing up the roster construction.
  10. Shocking news. I've wanted this to happen, but right now? Less than a couple weeks before spring training? The timing is bizarre
  11. Yeah same. These days I’m catching the last 5 min of those shows before kickoff. Where Terry Bradshaw really shows his age is trying to keep up with the highlights during the half time show
  12. Old friend Sean Mannion is officially the OC for Philly
  13. Agreed. He's already laying the ground work for a TV career after football. I'm guessing the 2026 season will be his last year playing, then he'll sign a lucrative contract to be on one of the network pregame shows... Which all of them could use an overhaul of new people. Terry Bradshaw needs to retire, and Gronk is still acting like a frat boy at nearly 40 years old on FOX.
  14. 2 old friends in 1 post. Andrew Booth Jr was a PFF darling who can’t make a UFL roster 4 years later after being drafted 42nd overall. UDFA Gabe Murphy is a name for the sickos who look at the fringe of the roster in preseason… Happy for him to get an opportunity
  15. He certainly didn’t stick around NFL rosters as long as he did because of his god given athleticism lol
  16. #OldFriend maybe if KOC crashes and burns, we hire Mannion as HC with Kirko Chainz as OC
  17. Jose Miranda. Just 2 years ago we thought both Julien and Miranda were a part of a young core to build around. Both cratered when the league adjusted to them
  18. Shedeur Sanders named to the Pro Bowl roster. Just pull the plug on the entire event
  19. Biggest game of his career and he balled out.
  20. You never know the butterfly effect keeping Darnold but this is an extremely bad look. Kwesi needs to go sooner than later.
  21. No replay assist? Ref ball at its finest
  22. Lucky you gets the double whammy of pain with his NYJ and MN history
  23. Plenty of receipts here of me wanting Darnold back in purple
  24. Seattle with the goal line stop!
