  1. Joe has been counting the days, hours, and minutes until he finally has a choice of staying here. There’s no question where he’s leaning on staying vs. exploring other options.
  2. Whelp. This is not a good Joe Ryan Experience tonight. Idk how many we have left so I’ll tune in when he’s on the mound.
  3. 80 degrees in Baltimore, 54 degrees in Kansas City
  4. And we don’t challenge that 0-2 pitch painted on the corner???
  5. Josh Bell continuing to swing a pitching wedge instead of a bat.
  6. And it’s quite clear right now he has no vision of his strike zone. So Shelton needs to step in and say you’re done challenging calls for now.
  7. It really is amazing to think back to the last flight to the moon over 50 years ago… All of us have more power in our pockets (cell phones) than anything they had in the late 60s. They had to patch any pending issues with bubble gum and duct tape back then.
  8. PFF is another skeleton in the vast graveyard of corporations ruined by private equity. Their player grades and overall content became worse over the years after they lost the main core of guys who built it from the ground up. I'm surprised there haven't been other PFF competitors in the market yet. The NFL hiding data from the fan base isn't great.
  9. Not sure why today was the day to throw Jalen Hurts under the bus. But it doesn't sound good for him long term in Philly anymore.
  10. I haven't dug too deep into the why yet, but my first two assumptions are spot on so far... Brooks Lee in 2025: .220/.278/.365 slash against RH pitching over 349 PA - .676 OPS against LH in 178 PA - a 33 point difference Royce Lewis in 2025: .236/.278/.386 slash against RH pitching over 284 PA - .689 OPS against LH in 119 PA - a 25 point difference Edit: Ryan Jeffers split difference is wild... 885 OPS against LH pitching, .693 OPS against RH pitching
  11. Fun fact, the Twins offense was better against LH pitching than RH pitching in 2025. .704 OPS against lefties vs. .690 OPS against righties. We need better players. Full stop
  12. RIP to PFF. Sounds like they won’t be offering anymore consumer products. They’ve been bleeding talent for years, and as a result the grades/analysis have been getting worse each year.
  13. If you heard his in-game interview the 2nd game of the season, it doesn't sound like he has any intention of staying here whenever he has the choice.
  14. The reality is the holes won't be filled with decent young talent for a couple of years. As far as #18 overall is concerned, I am seeing safety mocked to us often. Honestly I'd be happy with any of WR, OT, DT, CB, RB, or S. Depends how the draft falls to us. I could see one or more of Makai Lemon and Jordan Tyson falling at WR to our pick. There seems to be a tier at tackle with Kadyn Proctor OSU, Blake Miller Clemson, Caleb Lomu Utah, and Max Iheanancor Arizona State. Maybe one of them sticks until our 2nd round pick
  15. This isn't a question for you, but for the general public that's followed this... Where is Matt Canterino now? I see he still hasn't made an appearance since 2022.
  16. 100% correct. I sadly expect the Twins to finish as a bottom 3 team in overall standings. Chicago White Sox will pass us this year and that will be painful.
  17. 4.3% optimism for the Twins on the Athletic's Hope-O-Meter may be a little too high.
  18. Not to mention O’Niell is due for another extension and he’s in his early 30s now. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to get the next RT now and let them learn for a year
  19. I’ve been thinking about directions we can go early in the draft. I wouldn’t sleep on OT early. This Darrisaw situation has been weird from the get go.
  20. Personally I would have Priellipp up right now as a reliever. And Raya might as well. But yea, after 9 years of building a pitching pipeline we still have jack squat to help in TC
  21. Jesus. Wallner and Keaschall collide. That’s like hitting a cement truck for Luke
