    Yes, he is, was, a top 100 prospect. Not sure if he's still considered a prospect or a MLB player now.

    He's 18/19....maybe they don't know his position yet, since he's basically a HS kid. If it is clear he's not a SS, I hope they move him sooner rather than later, but it's way too early to rip them for this.

    The 35 million dollar question. Possible answers. They somehow hoped things would turn out with Bally? They changed their mind? A true lack of vision? None of those paint them in a good light. I have no idea what the deal was. What I do know is that we are under a new reality, where he's here, as is Lopez, and they have almost no wiggle room to add players. Not good, Bob.

    Barnes in 34 and can't hit it past second base. Diaz is 33 with zero power. Stallings is 34 and played in Colorado. You like those three better? Speechless.

    Go look at the other catchers in baseball. And look at slugging and on base percentage also. Compared to other catchers, he's been above average in his career.
