    Although a small sample size, his ability to get through innings with fewer pitches is to the most exciting thing to me. Having a starter able to consistently go deep in games helps out a bullpen that has some issues.

    Buxton isn't going to hit .296/.353/.494. Frankly, I think his bat is going to struggle again for a good part of the year. Not as bad as April/May of last year, but his pitch recognition still isn't great and he K's too much. If we get a .750 OPS and great D we shouldn't complain.

    Well, all those K's by the bullpen didn't help any....

    This^^^ There were a ton of times balls were hit to left center an both Rosario and Buxton were there in time to make the catch and the vast majority of the time Rosario deferred to Buxton. I'm sure this didn't help his defensive numbers.

    They made the right decision. Her story and actions were too suspect to merit much, if any punishment. IMO, of course.

    You don't think Rosario can play another 2-3 years? Why?

    The terms of drug testing are agreed to in the CBA. MLB can't just arbitrarily start drug testing players every week. And from what I've read, there are only about 5 labs in the world that can do the sophisticated testing to find all the new variants of PED's.

    So what if it's legal in the DR? Is he playing in the DR? He's 24, not 16. the players know it's not legal in the US and not allowed by their employer. It's up to them if they want to risk it, but shouldn't bitch ( or make up BS excuses) when they get caught.

    So what if steroids are legal in the DR. They aren't legal here, and they aren't allowed by his employer. He knew that and so do all of the other players. How would you have MLB address this better?
