    He's a 22 year old in low A, he should be able to put up decent numbers. I didn't say he sucked, just doesn't get me very excited. hope he proves me wrong.

    If Buxton turns out to be a 4th outfielder, he absolutely is a bust. 2nd overall picks shouldn't be backups.

    I'll give you another reason I believe attendance is down. You mentioned ticket prices, but concessions might be an even bigger deterrent to going to a game.8-10 dollar beers are a joke, along with the ridiculously priced nachos, hot dogs, etc....

    Is it just me or is his curve ball a lot better than in years past? I just don't remember seeing it break as much as it has this year....

    I've said this before, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Buxton scuffle along until his walk year and then have a great season and leave. For teams with payrolls like the Twins, you have to get 3-4 great years out your players when they are cheap, or you are never going to really have a chance to contend. I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up with a career somewhat like Carlos Gomez. Takes quite a while to figure it out, have a couple of great years and then decline.

    I liked what I saw from Littell in spring training, so I'm excited to see what he can do at the MLB level.

    "Buxton owns a wRC+ of -3 in 2018, a truly remarkable feat of incompetence which now seems to have very little to do with him and much more to do with questionable decision-making surrounding how his injuries have been handled" This sounds like excuse making for Buxton. Yes, the injury should have been handled differently, but he sucked before he got hurt.
