    I get that. It's the wholesale "sell it all" sentiment I don't get. EDITED. In general I DON'T trust this FO to build a better team for the future.

    The injuries are a big thing but I wonder how much of this is Lewis not being able to live with briefly being a superstar, trying too hard to get back there. I question whether he has the temperament and maturity to just be a good ball player and stop trying to be the star. Kind of hard when the organization keeps marketing you as a star.

    Too much hype, not a serious game but AL has won 15 of last 20 and Buxton hit the winning HR in 22. That was fun. I enjoy for what it is.

    This. Horrible record with trades. I have no confidence in Falvey to make a trade worth the huge value of Joe Ryan (Consistent, 2 years control, low salary). I would rather watch the Twins rot until new ownership steps in or Watch the Twins suddenly play like the team that beat the Cubs 2 in a row. And why is it so many pitchers do better when they leave the Twins?

    Nice for a change. I always prefer more than one commentator as I like the back and forth. Provis is good at entering the back and forth. But there was a big disconnect from the game with little actual play by play. The focus was on them and their stories, not on the game. I like all three commentators. As long as they don't talk over each other they can have as many people in the booth as they want. For most games going forward I'd like more focus on the game. The tours inside were great. I went through the 60s listening to the radio, Herb Carneal, Ray Scott, and Halsey Hall.

    Kepler was born in Germany and was a German citizen. So we used to have Herr Kepler in the outfield. Now we have Hair Bader.

    Or maybe he'll hit three batters in a row. The Twins don't have a good record with transactions involving pitchers.
