    The dust up with Ramirez is well know but I thought that there was an incident with Grandal before last year's ASB and Anderson got roughed up pretty good. He played with a great deal of swagger and confidence, but perhaps he was exposed a bit with those altercations and can't get his mind right.

    I don't see Winker happening but overall, I really hope the Pohlad's do something to help this team. The door is cracked open in the AL right now. The Yankees are scuffling and have become more risk adverse when it comes to adding at the trade deadline. Baltimore looks legit but they're young and unless they make a trade for a top-line starter, their rotation is beatable. I've made my thoughts known on Cleveland. And the Twins have shown they can beat Seattle and/or Houston. If Pablo rediscovers his form, and if the line-up stays healthy, this team has a chance. Up to ownership to help increase those odds and add to the roster.

    With the way the starters are picked and making it a requirement that every team has a representative, you are going to have deserving players left home.

    Props to Sim. He did a great job of making in game adjustments against a very tough line up. Would not have thought that Sim, not Lopez or Joe, would have given the Twins their best start this weekend.
