    SWR stepped in LY and saved our butts. He has looked good so far in 2025. Not sure I liked the blowing kisses incident. However, I do like that he has confidence and a bit of swagger. Paddack is pitching for his current job and future. Festa and Zebby will get their chances.

    From Dan Hayes: Royce Lewis singled in his first at-bat of the day at Triple-A St. Paul. Lewis is expected to play seven innings at third base today. Schedule calls for him to play a full game at DH on Tuesday for the Saints. #MNTwins

    They should be getting McCusker ready for first base. Pitchers would have a hard time throwing it over his head.

    Baseball gods gave us a glimmer of a window in 2023. Young core with some solid vets, good pitching, a couple playoff wins. It was right there for the taking. Pohlads should have pushed in the chips, instead they pulled back. Window summarily closed, Baseball gods back to hating the Twins ⚾️

    We’ll have to watch where Lewis starts in St Paul but my bet is mostly 3B. They will probably mix in some DH as well so Lee will be bouncing back and forth between 2nd and 3rd. Lee owns an .849 OPS in the past seven games.

    Fun analysis. Helps explain the appeal of the torpedo bat. I wonder what other Twins are going to like using them. Hard to tell on the broadcast sometime but it looked like C4 and Jeffers might have used them in a couple at bats.
