    Game news sucks so how about this per Bobby Nightengale? One bad and two good updates: More Twins injury updates, per Jeremy Zoll: -David Festa received a stem cell injection for his shoulder. He won’t throw again until June. -Cody Laweryson faced hitters at Target Field today. Next up might be a rehab assignment. -Emmanuel Rodriguez might start swinging again by end of week.

    I don’t hate the individual trades so much as the number of total trades (except Varland) The lack of meaningful moves/signings in the offseason makes it even worse. Of course the architect (Falvey) is gone, but what was the plan here?

    Per Dan Hayes; #MNTwins have a TBA listed for Thursday's series finale against Miami. Had he stayed on course, that would be Connor Prielipp's spot. But, with the Twins trying to help Prielipp manage an increased workload, sounds as if they'll give him an extra day or two.

    Interesting to see what they do with Rojas this week. Day off tomorrow, so Bradley‘s next start would’ve been next weekend. Good weekend at Progressive Field makes the Washington series that much more painful. So far, the twins have been losers on the bullpen carousel. Maybe Gómez is a guy that can stick?

    First half of the season is largely about which of the post hype prospects step up. Larnach and Lee are rising to the occasion. I wouldn’t put Martin in this group, but he was the only one that took advantage of the playing time in the fall and that has carried over into 2026.

    I definitely agree that TC is bad at baseball. But a negative run differential with a winning record is 👹magic. As evidenced by their 2025 year 88-74 record with -6 run differential. Only team in the playoffs with a negative run differential and they won the Central. Of course, my argument will fall flat by the end of this weekend when they sweep the Twins and have a positive run differential. Good times!
