  1. Larnach for a lottery pick. I used to think Larnach for an Okert-type reliever. At this point, I think you take what you can get.
  2. He’s a good, not great signing. I’m liking this addition. More curious in the BP construction and why Larnach, Gasper, Outman are still on the roster.
  3. A lot of positive quotes and a lot of head scratching quotes. Tom is better than Joe at public speaking. Actions speak louder than words so I guess we have no choice but to wait and see?
  4. Michael Russo: According to multiple sources, #mnwild owner Craig Leipold is part of one of three MN Twins limited partner groups being announced tomorrow
  5. Was kinda hoping the Twins would bring him home. Maybe they’ll sign Coulombe again for 2026. Terms not yet disclosed and pending a physical. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2025/12/cubs-re-sign-caleb-thielbar.html
  6. Addressed a need and still have $$ for Fairbanks. Let’s go Twins!
  7. Love the Fairbanks signing. Would be nice to have one legit arm in the BP. Larnach trade needs to happen. Nice work overall.
  8. Talking is not the same as signing. Last year they waited until February, the year before they waited until end of December.
  9. 100% agree with Nick Nelson on this post: I know the Twins are mostly gonna wait out RP market and that's fine, but if serious about trying to compete next year, they have to go get one standout FA before they're all signed. Right?? Someone like Luke Weaver or Pete Fairbanks would at least give a baseline of legitimacy.
  10. Gleeman: Twins are one of just four MLB teams that haven't signed a free agent to a major-league contract this offseason, along with the Red Sox, Nationals, and Rockies.
  11. Having no plans or at least not communicating any plans leads to rampant speculation. I agree that it would be comforting for the leadership to show us some strategy. Having some financial flexibility only sounds good because of how far down the payroll has fallen. Dodgers paid $168 million in luxury tax. That will likely be $50 million more than the twins entire payroll.
  12. As if Twins Territory needed any more numbers to remind us of the Pohlads right-sizing the business. Posted by Codify Baseball - 2025 Luxury Taxes (via @spotrac): Dodgers, $168,657,856 * Mets, $86,194,127 Yankees, $60,205,499 Phillies, $48,112,313 Padres, $10,000,000 Blue Jays, $10,000,000 Astros, $1,105,612 Red Sox, $937,181 * - higher than the individual payroll of 12 other teams
  13. Keep the young man in a one inning or one time through the lineup limit. He pitched a little better when he was not being used in a long relief role.
  14. Sign Kim and trade Larchad for a reliever with mlb experience. Sounds good to me!
  15. I don’t love the idea of trading Royce, but I could probably get past that. Falvey did say they were going to get creative. Trading for Abrams is outside the box thinking. Rather see them trade from SP depth - Ober, Martin, and a few prospects. Put Abrams at 2B and slide Keaschall to LF.
  16. He told them that he’s got that wide receiver mentality. That’s like a cheat code for keeping the young man happy and engaged. I say lean into it help him get his head right. See if that translates to on the field performance.
  17. Per Bobby N: Another big Dodgers offseason addition: Former Twins manager Rocco Baldelli is joining their front office, linking up again with Andrew Friedman. https://www.startribune.com/rocco-baldelli-former-twins-manager-joining-los-angeles-dodgers-front-office/601542875
  18. No one else is reporting this and the link takes me to a article about the Vikings?
  19. Bruin Agbayani is 18 and only played 5 games at Ft Myers. Maybe not the ceiling of Young but looked pretty good in his pro debut.
  20. I’d like them to keep Jeffers and also use a rule 5 pick on Daniel Susac. Catching is still a position with little to no depth for the Twins. https://www.baseball-reference.com/register/player.fcgi?id=susac-000dan&utm_medium=linker&utm_source=diamondcentric.net&utm_campaign=2025-11-25_br
  21. You’re welcome MLB world! Happy to see everyone having lots of speculation fun at the expense of those of us in Twins Territory. Give us some direction Pohlads, minority owners?, Falvey, Zoll!?! Anyone, Bueller?
  22. This is my 2nd roster for 2026, The first one I kept under $100k. For this one I made some moves and spent some $$. This team is a little more competitive and interesting.
