  1. Bats are waking up a little here.
  2. Twins at Braves 2.22.25 DH BUXTON 1B BELL c CARATINI LF LARNACH SS ARCIA 2B CLEMENS CF OUTMAN RF RODEN 3B WAGAMAN SP BRADLEY
  3. Keep him a as a starter. I agree with this Jamie Cameron take from Bluesky and I’d add Morris to the mix. Cameron: My position this season for the Twins is - ensure you end 2026 knowing exactly what you have with your young pitching players. Zebby, Abel, Festa, Klein, E Rod, Culpepper, Jenkins, González when those guys are ready. Know who you got!
  4. Gleeman: Joe Ryan is undergoing an MRI exam. Twins will likely provide an update Sunday.
  5. Update: 2 runs on 5 hits with 4 errors.
  6. More errors than hits if that tells you anything about the game.
  7. This same sentence applies to too many of our bats. Hopefully Michael A Taylor can share some knowledge on routes with Wallner. He’s at camp to help improve the OF defense.
  8. Maybe Twins sign him to a friendly extension after he comes back? Need more Pablo Days!
  9. Dodgers main offseason moves were adding Tucker for Conforto and Diaz for Banda. Must be rough 😂
  10. SWR has been solid and resilient. His 4.21 career era is better than Festa 5.12 and Zebby 5.92. They may have better stuff or more upside but haven’t been able to put it together. Lots of innings available with 3 SPs at the WBC. Injury, ineffectiveness, or a move to the BP will help to sort this out.
  11. Always good to keep the HOFers around the team. Twins have always done this well. Not enough of a reason to get twins.tv so I’m not sure I’ll ever see/hear him.
  12. Twins are acquiring LHP Anthony Banda in a trade with Dodgers for international signing money. Jackson Kowar was designated for assignment.
  13. Bobby Nightengale: Twins are acquiring LHP Anthony Banda in a trade with Dodgers for international signing money. Jackson Kowar was designated for assignment.
  14. Everyone shows up in the best shape of their life; in the outfield left-handed bats are rife. Pitchers and catchers report!
  15. Bradley will be a starting pitcher for Mexico in the WBC. Any conversion they would make with him would be after spring training. With Ryan, Lopez and Bradley all out for the WBC there are a lot of innings available to see what else we’ve got.
  16. It would be nice to have a few more veterans to help stabilize this pen as the young guys are learning. These “failed” starters are going to be asked to make changes physically and psychologically as they convert. Starters have a predictable schedule. Relievers have to get ready after a phone call, pitch back to back days, get shelled and come back the next day ready to go etc.
  17. If it weren’t for the $10 million we are paying C4 to play third base for the Astros, the Twins would have a lower payroll than the Pirates. While I agree that payroll isn’t everything, this org isn’t set up to win in this environment. Gleeman: Derek Shelton went from Pittsburgh to Minnesota just as the two teams started spending similarly. Twins are currently out-spending the Pirates by just $3 million for 2026, and that includes eating $10 million of Carlos Correa's salary to play for another team.
  18. The Dodgers released Anthony Banda today. Set to make $1.6mm this year he’d be a good fit for the Twins bullpen. Maybe they’d take Outman back to jump the line 😂 https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2026/02/dodgers-designate-anthony-banda-for-assignment.html
  19. I like it, but I wish they wouldn’t have gotten rid of the baby blues.
  20. Baltimore is still looking for some starting pitching. How about a package starting with Ober or SWR for Mayo? Maybe Larnach isn’t a big move, but something needs to give among those left-handed corner outfield DH types.
