    I wouldn't put a whole lot into his cold start...yet. Give it a little while. If you look around the league, there are plenty of real good hitters doing absolutely nothing at the plate. That's not unusual. Miranda is a decent enough hitter, I think he'll start to heat up. I'm more concerned with his defense, than his bat.

    Wallner taking another O-fer in the 1 spot. C'mon Rocco...try something different. Maybe put Bader up there and see what he does.

    It's way too early to push the panic button, but the 3 games in St Louis looked just like the team we all saw last September. Flat, lifeless, uninspired baseball. Get Wallner out of the #1 spot. I don't know where Rocco came up with that one, but it's just not going to work. It didn't work in ST, and it's sure not going to work now. Time for that little experiment to end. Also...if Ober was sick and had to take fluids for a couple days...why the "F" was he out there yesterday? Push him back a day or two and do a bullpen game instead! It ain't rocket science. C'mon Rocco...it's common sense. A little bit of that can go a long way.

    Yeah, the debt is an issue, but it's not insurmountable. It's only money. It could be covered. The kicker...if it's true...is Joey boy wanting to stay in control? Why would a new ownership group, want to have a guy from the old ownership group, still in control? That's just ludicrous! Who would buy into that? What a train wreck of a franchise. Somehow, the Pohlad's have got to go!

    Bader is a defensive replacement/backup guy. That's all. If he's playing just about every day in one of the OF spots, or at DH, then there's something wrong with this picture. When Buxton goes IL...and he will at some point...then Bader is the CF for a while. Would I rather have Bader than Margot...absolutely. Bader has also been hurt quite a bit in his career.

    I just bought a couple VSee V5 Pro android tv boxes, and ditched cable. I get a whole bunch of MLB channels. Hopefully, the Twins will be on one of those. I honestly have no idea yet. I've been watching just about every ST game so far. It's going to be interesting.
