    Bader will get A LOT of playing time.

    I'd expect Bader to play a lot of CF, because there's no way Buxton will go thru the season without being injured, and on the IL, at least a couple times.

    Light years better than Margot. Good insurance for when Buck gets hurt again...and he will.

    I guess I'd take him over Thielbar, but that's not really saying much. This is probably their big FA signing for this winter.

    Cease isn't coming here in a trade deal. Even if that somehow happened, he's not going to put us over the top anyway. We need more than that to get to the next level. Get the ownership settled, get some money to spend, and then worry about adding players.

    The TV details are still up in the air, but whatever they end up being, Roy Smalley won't be a part of it. He's calling it quit after 22 years as a broadcaster. Best of luck to him.

    If this is true...how is it even possible? It would have to be record time for the sale of a sports franchise. There had to be a lot more going on behind the scenes than we've been led to believe.

    I don't expect them to much, if anything, before next season. Oh sure, there probably will be a minor move or two, but there won't be anything big. Can they compete in the Central? I think they can, but it also wouldn't shock me if they didn't.
