  1. I think that both Bradley & Keaschall are worth discussion. However, Abel is just not able. Send him down and maybe even away forever.
  2. ESPN put them at the absolute bottom of the list on off season moves, receiving the only F, they gave out. This coming from MLB.com cannot possibly be a surprise to anyone paying even minimal attention.
  3. The Pohlad's don't watch the games. If they did, they would have sold the team immediately.
  4. Abel was not able today but, given where the Twins are at, keep putting him out there for the remainder of the season.
  5. I'm not sure that stating Abel is better than SWR, is really saying a lot.
  6. For some reason, a few MLB managers think that moving all the pieces around the board, makes them appear smart.
  7. Ah NO !!!! None of those players will be signed. You can and should expect that the 5 departing veterans will be replaced by either little league players or some free agent you have never even heard of.
  8. I hear that. Watkins is about the worst 3rd base coach I have watched.
  9. I don't think they are going to fire anyone. If there is someone in management that has an expired contract, they might not renew it but, nobody with a contract will be fired.
  10. As long as we are talking about getting rid of coaches, how about Watkins? I think he about the worst 3rd base coach I have ever seen.
  11. It is already unacceptable. That said, I absolutely expect the Twins to finish at least 2 games behind Detroit. The Tigers have momentum and something to look forward to. The Twins are mentally down and looking in the rearview mirror.
  12. I wouldn't count on the front office and ownership explaining anything in the offseason, with the exception of how big the payroll cut will be for next season.
  13. The Twins will be in 4th place before the end of the week. They will end up 2 games behind Detroit for the last wild card spot. Hope I'm wrong.
  14. The players left in the dugout after Sunday's game says it all. Lopez, Larnach and a couple others, just sitting there, staring out onto the field. Looked pretty dejected to me.
  15. Let's see. 5-11 in the last 16 games. Well, it doesn't look like we can hit, field, throw, run or catch very well At that point, it doesn't really matter what the pitching does.
