You said there defense was woeful, well their woeful defense did some thing to Atlanta that the Twins could not. So your statement is void.
  2. RpR
How did the Twins do against Atlanta, how many victories?
  3. RpR
Twins have been blown out, is our defense woeful? Plus, the 8-1 was not long ago.
  4. RpR
I agree, I said bring him up for a try, not get rid of any player because of him; so many here want to sell, DFA veterans so their favorite rookie will stop being -- "blocked" -- from their absolute rightful spot on the Twins,, LOL, fantasy dreaming.
  5. RpR
Winning 8-1 is not a woeful defense.
  6. RpR
Chicago took a series from Atlanta drubbing them 8-1 in the last game. They are not woeful.
  7. RpR
He has not forced anything, his play has earned him a spot on the starting team.
  8. RpR
When Cruz left here, it was like some one hit a switch to turn him off. Now if he came back, maybe without different universe Sano, it will not be the same?
  9. RpR
Yep, put Julien out there where infielders will need a GPS to find his throws.
  10. RpR
    If you say so.
  11. RpR
    WHEW!
  12. RpR
The Twins will now produce 4 runs in the Ninth.
  13. RpR
They never threw away their ticker tape machines.

Its a modern water cooler, it iced itself.

I would guess same as firearm cartridge where there is muzzle velocity and down range velocity.

Majority of rookies at best, go flat in the Bigs; veterans are a known quantity who do eventually decline, that is not hope based on wishful thinking but sad reality. For every 20 year player like Paul Molitor there are dozens of players like Randy Bush who put in 8-9 years and then hang it up.
  17. RpR
He could relay to the pitcher and then to first.😁

Every rookie playing like they do in the minors is the wish of all baseball managers but it simply does not work that way so bemusing this problem of too many good players is not reality. I would love to see Stevenson in the Bigs, just to see if he can keep it up; why Wallner is here and not Stevenson is odd.

I watched it on an old 20inch Muntz cabinet TV, but convinced dad to get a RCA color TV for the Vikings in the Super Bowl. I think that Jinxed the Vikings.

Paraphrasing Gump: Julien and Gordon are like a box of chocolates when fielding, you never know what you are going to get. Castro is a constant.
  21. RpR
    Kirilloff imitating Julien.
  22. RpR
Maybe he can be a Charlie Hustle like Jake Cave; nothing wrong with that.
  23. RpR
    Kiriloff strikes.
  24. RpR
Time for Taylor and Kirrillof to break out of the doldrums.=
  25. RpR
Regardless of if that box on TV is official, this ump. is odd in his calls.
