I used to work in the Twin Cities metro area, including the Chicago-Lake area; while I prefer the version 20-30 years ago from today, the asinine non-response to the riots a few years back is now history. Things are not great but better.
  2. RpR
Sending Wallner and Julien down also helped reduce K percentage greatly.
  3. RpR
Hopefully the Twins keep winning; as much as people here dissed Chicago, the Twins against the Mets looked a LOT like Chicago for 2 games.
  4. RpR
Twins want to win and all the supposed replacements are mediocre at best. Twins fans prefer a continual veteran team, not here today , gone tomorrow , disappointing newbies.
  5. RpR
He is not going any where.
  6. RpR
    Joey Gallo II.
  7. RpR
Postseason is still a long ways off, not worth being concerned about yet.
  8. RpR
    Every thing.
  9. RpR
Could have traded Julien for Polanco who is batting .320 in his last 7 games with 4 home runs.
  10. RpR
    Better than Jeffers.
  11. RpR
Santana is a ballet dancer compared to Wallner.
  12. RpR
How, have Santana rub Ben Gay on his joints so he is not so stiff?
  13. RpR
A sub .100 BA earlier says you go by wishful thinking.
  14. RpR
There was a bit on a local TV sports saying Wallner had made some adjustments in his swing. Time will tell if it is a permanent adjustment or if Joey Wallner returns.
  15. RpR
No reason to believe he would improve facing them either.
  16. RpR
    You mean -- Post Season.
  17. RpR
    He will be BAAAACK.
  18. RpR
Because they need a quality Right Fielder; but haters will hate , so hate on.
  19. RpR
Even more obtuse to trade him.
  20. RpR
The opposing pitchers have adjusted to Lewis; part of the game.
  21. RpR
    BS
  22. RpR
Yeah it would have been a bases loaded killer, for the Mets.
  23. RpR
Some here were saying: When MIranda and Lewis get back it will be better. It looks the same to worse.
  24. RpR
Twins only had 7 strike-outs but 2 from Lewis.
  25. RpR
Throw the damn ball hard, the Ephus thing left with La Tortuga! This is stupid.
