    I don't like this thread much. Listen to other teams broadcasts and you will be quickly thankful for Dick, Corey, Dan and the supporting casts. Our guys are usually enthusiastic. Their voices change octives when something happens. The Dodgers (post Scully) are abismal. The Giants are without enthusiasm. The Astros are clueless. The Royals are amateurs etc . etc etc. Be thankful, We are blessed..

    After watching Baily against the Cubs, I sure hope Rocko has a quick hook. He showed nothing. And Wisler should only be used for mop=up until he has proved himself. Dang but its good to have something to worry about

    Sophomore jinx! Remember the sophomore jinx? It exists for a reason. Pressure! This, being a short season means more pressure. Therefore no. No. NO! Do not bat Arraez first. Let him bat 8th. With the Twins current lineup, it won't make much difference. No pressure at #8. Give Arraez 30 games to reassure himself that he belongs. Then bat him first if it STILL seems to be advantageous. But, to start, DO NOT BAT ARRAEZ FIRST!

    I've been lucky to be able to watch those intra-squad scrimages and I 100$ agree. Duran, Chalmers and Jose Alcala looked very impressive.

    Oviously we don't want to see any injuries. We hold our breath when any of them gets hurt. This is the obvious reaction. Fortunately the Twins are rebuilt to withstand these injuries. We have good young pitchers available if any Berrios, Odoriaaqmor Maeda go down or if Rich Hill or Homer Baily can't perform up to their old standard. Pineda is coming back in the back half of our short season. He could be the Twins "Secret Weapon" when he returns. I've been impressed by johan Duran and Jorge Alcala, havn't you? We have more arms available than we know what to do with. We don't want Buxton or any of the other regulars to go down, but we have Gonzlwez, Adrianaa & El Totuga to replace the infielders (Is Gordon on our 60 man roster?). and we have Royce Lewis, Larnach, LaMonte Wade & Kiriloff to hit. We have hitters out the ying-yang. Injuries will only make a fascinating season more intriguing. Win Twins!

    Rhe only good thing Cal Griffith did was bring the Senators to Minnesota. It was a dumb idea to make a statue of him and it is about time they brought it down.

    Of course people have bias'. Sometimes those bias; are racial. It should come as no surprise that some scouts might display heir bias' in their scouting reports. So what? Any organization that allows these bias to affect their selection of players deserves to lose.

    I live in California now. I have useless tickets in Oakland for the game. I have had problems dealing with this. I wonder why?

DH Harmon Killebrew (I know that last year Nelson Cruz was wonderful, but Harmon hit some fly balls that still haven't landed.) 1B Justin Morneau -MVP says it all 3B Gary Gaetti SS Ernie Banks (No. He's not a Twin, but I loved him) CF Kirby Pucket If I had had a child I would have named him/her Kirby. CF Torey Hunter ... Its my list. I can have 2 CF OF Steve Braun. because he always seemed to get a big base hit when I watched him at the Met. SP Bert SP Jim Perry SP Jack Morris SP Johan Santana All these guys needed was 3 days rest. Joe Nathan Steve Bedrosian Ron Peronoski Everyday Eddie Glen Perkins The current crew could earn their way onto the list. but it will take a few years, Miguel Sano Nelson Cruz Mitch Garver Byron Buxton Jose Berrios I picked them because I think they will lead us to a World Series in 2020.     Women have higher pitched voices than men. As we grow older that higher pitch gets more difficult to hear. If Older Men are the majority of the current audience, a woman announcer will drive them away, because they won't be able to understand much of what is being said by the woman announcer. When women say, "He doesn't listen to me any more." what they should be saying is, "He doesn't hear me anymore."

    I see on MLB that the game is on TIBN and that means WCCO. I asked Alexa to play WCCO and now I am sitting in California's central valley listening to WCCO. lol

    I like it that the Twins HOF is exclusive. Every member currently in the Twins HoF deserves their place. I have no objection to any of the 3 suggestions you made, but I'd like to see Joe Nathan also get a nod. ps. Baker, Liriano, Kubel, Cuddyer & Guardado should also be considered.

    The "hand-wringers" will always be there. This sounds a lot like the Maeda comments. Lets hope that Maeda produces as well as Oderizzi has for the Twins.
