  1. Pretty generic. Can you be more specific? (Not what a "self fulfilling prophecy" means, though).
  2. Larnach owes us a dinger. At least he swung at the middle middle meat instead of watching it this time.
  3. I wish the Twins would adjust their swings like Thaiss did. Great hit. Joey Gallo showing his stellar defensive prowess that makes him so valuable.
  4. I just looked it up. Can this be only the third inherited runner that J Lopez has had this year? If that is correct (stats say 2 before today), then he has now inherited 3 runners, and all have scored this year. 3 for 3.
  5. Jorge Lopez' ERA is so totally unrepresentative of how he has pitched. This was a wasted Lopez inning already. Pablo gifted the (potential) loss by Jorge. Thanks buddy.
  6. Larnach is so bad at getting to the ball. Just horrible. That was a catchable hit.
  7. I don't even like it when we get a wrong call to our benefit. I just hate the calls that no longer need to be incorrect.
  8. Another bases loaded and only 1 out. No outs. One out. two outs. It doesn't matter. Nothing. Hey, these guys are pros! They know what they are doing.....
  9. Umpires change the outcome of every single game. Every single one. The Inhuman factor. 1. "lacking human qualities of compassion and mercy; cruel and barbaric."
  10. Batting practice inning for Lopez. Lots of hard hit balls. But minor damage.
  11. Get it tomorrow, too, and split the games in (and around) LA! Who is that Otani guy, anyway.
  12. He's a Moniak, Moniak at the plate...........
  13. He had started sliding feet first, and hurt his hip and knee!
  14. These are the types of outings that your best reliever can get tagged because they have no intensity. We will see.....
  15. Harmon was really pretty fit. At least in his retirement. I got to spend some time with him before he did a clinic at Charlottesville High School in 1996 and asked him because he looked way smaller than I rememebered him or thought he was, and he said he was 5'10' and about 185 lbs! He looked great! I have seen him listed in some pages as 6'0" and 5'11", and 195 and 213 lbs. He said they always wanted me to be bigger, and he had shrunk at least an inch, though, and smiled and laughed. He was very generous and fun to be with. Impressive.
  16. Even the Angel annoucers are making fun of the umpire for that call. Laughing at him, and loving the end result.
  17. Panda at 3rd. But those guys are fat. Trout is just thick and muscular.
