    5-7 since the streak. A losing team. Back to a minor league ballpark for 4 (not 3). What a waste of another great starter performance. The scoring run should’ve never been on base, much less 2nd and definitely not third. Choking defense.

    Have you noticed pitchers WE sign over the years? Lots of teams would trade for the next Ryan Pressly. Teams are signing way worse pitchers than Alcala with way worse stuff all the time.

    Asolutely. But sending Wallner there was the initial gaff. He is, after all, nursing the hammy injury comeback, too. Just a horrible slide. Can you even call that a slide?

    Which means you missed Ray Scott, Halsey Hall and Herb Carneal (they did Radio and TV) and caught the very end of the Hamms Beer Bear. Any reason to not like someone is fair, sometimes it is just a gut feeling, but to assign your rating of intensity of "love" or "pain", or any emotion, really, to someone else ....... not fair, I think. I don't like to listen to any of them these days. Radio or TV. Especially Hawkins.     Passive aggressive dis if I ever saw one. Total assumption, impossible to know as a third party. Shame on him for getting excited? I just don't like his announcing...... because I can.

    ....... because, maybe, he struck out 4 of 6 ABs, his only hit was a lucky bloop, and played pretty bad defense (no error scored, but missplayed off the right field wall at least once I can remember). But he definitely didn't really get much of a shot.

    They have had every opportunity to do that. They DH him the next day. They can do that here. It is better than just what they are doing with Bader. Wallner could pinch hit in a the second day. It is NOT defensible. FREE MATT WALLNER!!!!! It should be a great game to watch on Apple TV+ tonight. Going to have to use two screens.
