In early October , in 1, 24 hour period we heard from the Owner, the Pres and from the GM, the owner said we would spend and sign F.Athe Pres. said that maybe we should do more in the international marketand the G.M said we need to build from within.....Im guessing you are 1 of those who still believe anything Terry says ? Mayky perez the #9 ranked player still unsigned) Alas the owner, what player have we signed of value?yes it is early, yes we need to be patient , yes they get paid to make the decisions, but its like believing politicians...

The Padres signed Perez, BA's 19th rated prospect for $635,000. Last I heard, your favorite team had spent 3M of the 4M, and then signed at least another player or so. Best guess is they have less than $500,000 left to spent by 6-30-2014.
