True. But Glorm is the type of guy who'd be honoured to help.

I am a strong believer in random acts of kindness.

It's what good neighbours do.

What is the point of squaring off to bunt before the pitcher even starts his motion?

Chief... Turn the TV off for a sec... Here comes the bunt.

Kinda pointless if you're just gonna tell me what I would see, no?

Chief and Glorm - are you guys originally from MN? Just wondering how you came to be Twins fans if not.

Its a straight sacrifice... No point trying to hide it. Square... Set yourself and drop it down.

In my case, yes. Born and raised in west central MN.

I became a fan watching the 1965 World Series. I grew up in Memphis, but there was a radio station in Iowa that allowed me to listen to the Twins night games. I did not get to see the Twins live until law school, which allowed me to see them at Fenway.

That sounds like a bad neighborhood.
Oh, it was tough, allright. You had your gangs with their colors and everything. "DeKalb" vs "Pioneer" is the stuff of TV movies.

Why not keep the defense guessing, at least until the pitcher begins his motion?

Because... It leaves less time to get yourself set.

It can be done... But... In that situation... If Hicks fails because he was late to square. Hicks will be in the dog house.

Gardy... Wants the bunt down... The infield was already in... Nothing to fool any one with.
