He's a big big get for the Wild.  Lotta teams were trying to acquire him.

Gotta admit I don't really follow Wild  much now outside Mats Z cause of the X-NYR factor.  Was a big Nstar fan back in the day geography and TV availability made me NYR.

Not sure...but they dealt for the guy most people consider the 2nd best D-man in the game.

Yeah, i meant to watch the recent Wild Avalanche game with a friend who always wears an Avalanche hat. I suppose i should be glad i missed it, but otherwise the Wild aren't doing so bad this year.

I stand corrected (well, by me at least) 3 teams have caught us and Dallas, Carolina, Detroit, and Tampa Bay., though all in Eastern conference, for what it is worth....

All I need is a reminder of how expensive it is to go to a Wild game to change my perspective on Twins games, lol.

Wild are +27 which is tied for 3rd best in the West right now. Avs are the clear juggernauts in the West. Crazy how many close games the Lightning must have lost this year. +60 with the same point total as the Wild.
