Seems logical to me , especially if we can train pitchers to be faster, why not infielders? He is 24 so I think if that was possible it would have been done by now. Pitchers are a different animal because they have set deliveries and are training a kinetic chain to obtain higher velocity. Infielders make a variety of throws.
