Durant Trade Speculation

I’m open to trading for Durant. I think Ant needs another veteran alpha player playing with him. Who the Wolves trade away is the dilemma. McDaniels included in the trade would hurt the most. Either one of Randle/Reid is certainly on the table as a sign and trade. Gobert I think we would regret because then we become the team with no true center.

We notice that Mike Conley isn't the same guy from last year.....he's only a year older than Durant.  I think that age cliff is coming.

I'd rather keep it simple and add someone like Lonzo Ball.  If they want to swing big, swing on a PG.  Not sure who that is - Ja Morant, Fox, upside guy like Jaden Ivey.  They all come with problems but I lean more that way.

If that's true I hope they choose another deal.

That said...the report comes from Gambodoro.  As a Phoenix resident who sometimes self-harms by listening to his radio show....this goober is the definition of a useful idiot.  He has good inside info in part because he's a company man who'll go on the radio and carry the organization's water.  

So take the details of that deal with a grain of salt.  The man it's coming from I'm not sure can read at a fourth grade level.

It's hilarious how wrong Gambo was on the reporting on this.  There is no freaking way the Wolves offered what he claimed considering this is what they took in return.

Not to mention, he reported HOuston had stopped talking to them at all and any deal would have Jabari Smith included.  I hope they win 40 and Durant enjoys his money.
