Hard to get excited about a team that's been outscored by an average of 5+ runs a game in their first four games.

Optimism abounded at the start of this season.  It's only four games in, but it's obvious already that this team has major issues.  Their abysmal hitting has left off from where it was in the second half of last season.  And their pitching is..., well..., it's not pitching.  I'd like to think that this is simply an early season bump in the road.  But I know better.  I guess I'll have to find something better to do with my time this summer than watch the Twins on TV.  The NFL season can't come soon enough!

After today's debacle against the ChiSox: 18-126 (.143), 5 2B, 1 HR. .143 (30)/.206 (30)/.230 (29) (.436 OPS (30))

Castro and Larnach: 8-24 (.333), 3 2B, 1 HR (all by Castro)

Rest of team: 10-102 (.098), 2 2B, 1 HR

Not going to win any games with hitting like that, even if the pitching is good (it has not been).

Rocco's seat should legitimately be in flames. This team has issues, but there is zero excuses for how bad they've been the last 50 games. Probably the worst 50 game stretch I've ever seen, including the mid-90's. Just unwatchable. 

Only three good things can come out of this season:

-The Pohlads realize they have a declining asset and sell fast.

-Falvey is fired

-Rocco is fired.

I feel the same way about Rocco (even though he has had some relative success) as I did Ben Johnson. I feel like the only way to get rid of him is another disgusting season.

I completely agree but I really wonder how much making any moves makes sense while you're trying to sell.
