Linus Verified Member Posted February 28, 2025 Posted February 28, 2025 Excellent article in the Strib today about the change in Larnachs off season training and approach. Larnach said that he had been coached to look to pull the ball hard all the time. Last offseason he trained with Torii Hunter and Matt Kemp who convinced him to stay back more, let the ball travel more and then hit it hard wherever. He now spends most of his BP hitting line drives the other way. Back to the future I guess. Makes you wonder how the prior approach has affected other Twins hitters. Also said he solved his turf toe by filing down the spike under his big toe. C-Gangster, Hosken Bombo Disco, Squirrel and 1 other 3 1

Squirrel Community Moderator Posted February 28, 2025 Posted February 28, 2025 @Linus, could you post a link? Probably behind a paywall for me Larnach hit a nice home run in today’s game. Hope that carries through the season
