Anyone know when/where we might see our first round pick make his debut?

Both Stewart and 4th round pick Gonsalves have been put on the shelf to rest. They should both debut in a week or 2.

Well he did throw all of 40 innings thus far and he's only had 48 days since his last start. Don't want to overtax that arm.

Its nice that we have an inside source who seems to know exactly what is going on with this 18 year old kid. He at least knows enough to slam the organization he allegedly cheers for. A $$

What they attribute to "rest" is probably just basic work on form and delivery. I assume that most HS pitchers need some tweaking as to arm position, etc. My guess is that when these young guys make their first start the tendency is to try to impress and this presents a need to make sure of the fundamentals.
