It's not worth starting a whole different thread, but I'll mention that the recipients of the Most Valuable Twin and the Twins Defensive Player of the Year happen to be the only two Twins among finalists for Gold Gloves this season.

Ha, yeah probably a bad year to hand out that award based primarily on offensive production. Your only options would be guys that played 63% of the games, 53% of the games or 46% of the games.

Look, I admire C4’s leadership qualities, but I can’t say he deserves that award this year.  How much was he even around?

Enough to have more starts at SS than anyone else on the team, including the guy named as MVP.  😀
