Twins and Tigers Interested in Kenta Maeda

Jon Heyman is reporting that the Twins and Tigers are interested in signing Kenta Maeda. He calls Detroit’s interest “serious” while also saying there might be other clubs interested in adding the veteran starting pitcher.

Fine by me, but I would then expect Ryan or Ober to be involved in discussions for a trade for a higher caliber starter.

I've seen the report that Det was interested in him. Somebody is going to over pay for him, but that's the way things are now.

I bet if you paid Maeda enough $$$ he wouldn’t mind pitching out of the BP.  We need 6-7 SP anyhow  so I don’t see any SP being traded.
