Why would Pittsburgh, a team desperate for starting pitching, trade Keller?

Also, the Twins need to hold on to their best starting pitching prospects unless the return is a pitcher like George Kirby who still has five years of control. Festa is the Twins best starting pitcher in the Twins system along with Marco Raya.
