It wasn't so much winning 4 in a row. It was more about them having to win 10 in a row. Beating Cinci in the last game and then winning the last 9 vs Angels A's and Rockies was going to get them to 89 wins. Not sure when the Twins have last had a 10 game winning streak. But it's been a few years

The Twins have been the least streaky team in MLB. They had one five-game winning streak and one five-game losing streak. Even when they've been playing well or playing poorly, they have found a way to win when in a snag or lose when on a roll.
